I need a W-9 form for my school district to complete my registration. Where do I get this?
You can get this on the Kansas Counseling Association website under events. Or you can CLICK HERE.
I need a paper registration form for my district or business. Where do I get one?
You can download one form the KCA website OR you can CLICK HERE.
I need to know how to be a sponsor? What can I do?
We are glad you are interested in being a sponsor or vendor for our conference. Check out our page for sponsors and complete the application form. We will get back with you within two business days to confirm and send a contract to you. The Sponsor/Vendor page is HERE.
I am trying to see what breakout sessions you are going to offer this year. When will this be available?
