Liana Lowenstein, MSW, RSW, CPT-S

Registered Clinical Social Worker, Certified Play Therapist-Supervisor, and Certified TF-CBT Therapist

Liana presents trainings across North America and abroad. Recent speaking engagements include South Africa, Israel, England, and Australia. She provides clinical supervision to mental health practitioners, runs a play-therapy internship program, and consults to several mental health agencies. She has authored numerous best-selling books including: Paper Dolls and Paper Airplanes: Therapeutic Exercises for Sexually Traumatized; Creative Interventions for Children of Divorce; Creative Interventions for Bereaved Children; Cory Helps Kids Cope with Sexual Abuse; and Creative CBT Interventions for Children with Anxiety. Liana is winner of the Monica Herbert award for outstanding contribution and dedication to child psychotherapy and play therapy in Canada.

Ryan T. Day, Ph.D., LPC, CPCS

Assistant Professor of Counselor Education at Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia.

Dr. Day, is a professor, motivational speaker, therapist, and CEO and founder of the Healing Center for Change, which is a counseling and community-based agency in Atlanta. Dr. Day is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified School Counselor (CSC), and Certified Expert Trauma Professional (CETP). He has provided individual, couple, family, and group counseling services for nearly the past 10 years. Not only does he practice in the treatment of mental and behavioral health, but he is also an Assistant Professor of Counselor Education teaching graduate counseling and psychology classes to master level counselors in training. Dr. Day is a proven leader within the community and counseling profession. He facilitates a number of community outreach workshops and speaks to various public high schools, colleges/universities, churches, and non-profit organizations. He also conducts scholarly presentations at state, regional, and national conferences.
